GET DIRECTIONSWhile guests can arrive to the ship at any time, they must arrive on the embarkation day.
We suggest arriving to the ship no later than 6pm on embarkation day for our welcome briefing.
On embarkation day, the ship is being cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Most of the ship’s facilities, including your bedroom or suite, will not be available before 3pm. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you arrive at the ship earlier than 3pm, you may leave your baggage at the Front Desk and explore the area or relax in the lounge. Please keep your hand baggage with you at all times. Complimentary coffee and water will be available for your enjoyment.
About two days before the end of your cruise, your U Host will brief all guests about what to expect on the morning of disembarkation day and what time to have baggage available for pickup. They will also distribute any documentation necessary to make your departure as smooth as possible.
All guests must vacate their bedrooms and suites no later than 8am the day of disembarkation so the staff and crew can prepare for the next group of guests. Breakfast/Brunch hours are coordinated around airport transfer times, which, in some cases, can be very early in the morning. It is not unusual in some destinations to have airport transfers as early as 4am. In such cases, we will provide guests with coffee, tea, juices and pastries from our 24-hour coffee station.
